Update

Okay, things are looking substantially better today than they did on Friday. We met with a lender on Saturday who blew the other 2 lenders we were working with out of the water. He's awesome. He has the kind of underwriter we need on staff & can push this through in a matter of days. Everyone else needed 1-2 weeks. Right now, we're tentatively scheduled to close this Thursday & move in Friday/Saturday. **Fingers crossed**
