Hello, year of athletic achievements!  In 2013, I ran two half marathons, competed in four triathlons (3 sprints, 1 Olympic), placed in two of the four, ran my first sub-30 5K, oh, & I lost 20 lbs.  Not bad, 2013.  Not bad.
