Bacon Dip
I know it sounds gross, but it's soooooo good!
Bacon Dip
1 pkg center cut bacon
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Green onions, chopped (I used 2)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Cracked black pepper
1 bag Ritz Toasted Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown bacon in nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Crumble into large chunks.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, Swiss cheese, & green onions. Transfer to a shallow, small casserole or baking dish & top with black pepper to taste. Top with crushed Ritz crackers & bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with Ritz Toasted Chips.
