Saturday night I attended Jackson Day, the yearly fundraiser for the TN Democratic Party. Harold Ford, Jr. spoke, as did Al Gore, but Bill Clinton was the keynote speaker & he was freaking amazing. When I turned 18 & voted in my first presidential election, I voted for Bill Clinton. Sex scandals aside, I still have a special place in my heart for President Clinton & I was honored to hear him speak (and from such a close distance!).
