I saw this recipe on Smitten Kitchen & have been dying to try it. Tonight was my night. I needed a dessert for a friend's birthday tomorrow, so voila! They're still cooling, but I had a taste & they are delicious! I was confused by the browning process (it took a lot longer than I expected), but I think I got it right. I'll let you know how my test audience, aka co-workers, like them.
