Today I tried a new recipe courtesy of the Jan./Feb. issue of Cooking Light: Jalapeño, Sausage, Jack, & Egg Breakfast Braid. It was really good & surprisingly easy. I think now that I've got the technique down, I'm going to experiment more with the ingredients. Maybe different kinds of meat: chorizo, salami, prosciutto, etc. I'll report back.
